Food also has a direct impact on our mental health too and you should make sure that you consume what’s good for you.
Try and avoid trans-fats completely and cut down on fatty and processed food as cholesterol is a problem which might cause problems like constricted arteries leading to strokes and heart attacks. You should have foods of various colors especially in reds and greens. Control your intake of sugar and salt as well. Exercise or go for a walk daily to stay fit and in shape. Drink at least 10 glasses of water for an overall good health.
