Causes of the clogged artery
Unhealthy eating habits have engulfed our lifestyle up to a large extent. Many of us are so occupied in our own luxurious lifestyle that we hardly get any time to do exercise or eat healthy food in order to stay fit & healthy. We take inadequate quantities of high cholesterol, saturated fats, high amount of sugar on day to day basis which results in clogging of arteries which is also termed as atherosclerosis.
Many of us think that one of the most important cause responsible for clogged artery is the excess deposition of fats and cholesterol in the body. However experts have found out that it is actually the deficiency of Vitamin C that causes this problem. Insufficient intake of vitamin C leads to breakages and cracks in the arteries which further results in internal bleeding. Therefore, body uses cholesterol to patch the wounds and breakages. Further, when this procedure continues for a long time, the cholesterol hardens and lodges in the arteries which is termed as clogging. Many people suffer from this problem due to diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, mental stress, etc.
If unhealthy eating habit is one of the major reason responsible for this, then we need to change our eating habits and follow a balanced diet in order to stay fit & healthy.

Our Approach to Autoimmune Diseases
Before we discuss about the approach to autoimmune diseases, let us first understand what they are exactly. These diseases are caused due to overactive immune response of the body against substances and tissues that are normally present in the body. To put it simply, the body goes in an attack mode targeting its own cells. This happens when the immune system mistakes some part of the body as a pathogen and attacks it.

This aberrant reaction of the body’s immune system is usually treated with immunosuppression in which a medication is used to decrease the immune response. According to some medical researches, the main culprit behind this condition is a bad diet and following a correct diet can prove extremely helpful in treating this condition.
