Watery diarrhea also referred to as loose diarrhea is watery stools which occur more than three times in a single day. Diarrhea is the inability to control or prevent bowel motions. It is commonly caused by a gastrointestinal virus and parasitic conditions such those caused by the infections of the small bowel (giardiasis in human) or crypto. Constipation can also cause diarrhea, as only watery feces passes through or around the blockage.
Since any diarrhea causes dehydration, one important item that one should have is a lot of liquid substances; mostly pure and clean drinking water. Certain types of fruits are also recommended. Hygiene is a very important factor in human life. Diarrhea sometimes comes by because of the unhygienic environments.
