There are several factors that can cause rectum bleeding including gastroenteritis. This is a condition that causes the stomach lining or intestines to become inflamed. In addition, this condition can cause weakness, diarrhea, abdominal pain and nausea. Another cause of blood in stool can be as a result of internal bleeding. This refers to the bleeding of blood vessels within our bodies. A person can become weak due to internal bleeding.
